Tallaganda - Film Screening - Npa Nb

ABOUT THE EVENT

Tallaganda is a captivating & stunning short film featuring breathtaking nocturnal footage of the endangered Greater Glider residing in the Southern Forests of NSW. Using innovative filming techniques, the documentary captures the natural behaviour of gliders and a variety of other nocturnal species in their natural habitat.

Following the screening is a Q&A session with film maker David Gallan. In addition, guest presenters will share first hand experiences and insights of the Greater Glider conservation efforts in Glenbog State Forest, which have resulted in a withdrawal of about half of the proposed logging footprint.

Come along and be inspired by how researchers, landholders and the community can work together to conserve Australia's largest gliding mammal and critical habitats.
