Join us for a delicious evening with award-winning author and broadcaster Alice Zaslavsky, as she celebrates the launch of her latest cookbook, Weeknights with Alice, in conversation with acclaimed food writer and critic Jill Dupleix.
Alice and Jill will chat about the inspiration behind the book, Alice’s vegetable-first approach to cooking, and how to make delicious, satisfying meals work for busy weeknights.
Time: 6:30pm arrivals for a 7pm start.
