Get ready for an uplifting night dedicated to the ladies 💃✨
Step into an empowering space where confidence grows, friendships build, and the dance floor becomes your place to shine.
During the class you’ll move through technique and confidence-building exercises designed to help you feel strong, sassy, and expressive in your movement. Then, we’ll bring it all together with powerful choreography to a song by an empowering female artist.
No matter your age (18+) or whether you’re completely new to dance, this class is all about building each other up, letting go of self-doubt, and having fun in a supportive women's environment.
