Our guest speaker is Clarence from Bush to Bowl based at Ingleside. It is 100% Aboriginal owned social enterprise. The presentation connects community to country through traditional foodways. We'll explore native plants and bush foods, learning to identify, harvest and taste flavours grown in over 60,000 years of culture. Leave with a deeper connection to the land beneath our feet and maybe a new favourite bush ingredient for your own kitchen
