Please join us for La Perouse Museum's public program series, The Loop, launching with a full day of hands-on workshops and artist talks that center ecology, culture and Country, drawing together three new exhibitions at the Museum.

Primarily working with the medium of shield making, Woodland-Cooley has developed a style of visual storytelling that maintains the longstanding tradition of pokerwork synonymous with the La Perouse Aboriginal Community. Join Woodland-Cooley for a hands-on carving workshop and learn about the significant cultural traditions and enduring legacy of the many carvers connected to La Perouse.
