ABOUT THE EVENT
Enjoy High Tea at May Gibbs' Nutcote, the beautiful harbourside home and garden of May Gibbs (1877-1969), Australia’s foremost children’s author and illustrator and best known today for her iconic story, The Complete Adventures of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie. Both the house and the garden have been restored so you can experience how May lived and worked at Nuctote in the 1920's.
High Teas can be served anytime between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Please let us know your preferred time and we will confirm.
Each High Tea* includes a selection of freshly made finger sandwiches, our delicious homemade scone with jam and cream, sweet treats and your choice of our range of T2 teas.
