Rise & Shine

ABOUT THE EVENT

Wake up happy.

Rise & Shine is a morning of dancing, singing, laughing and meeting new people — with absolutely no requirement to be good at any of it.

Simone will get us dancing (relaxed, fun and very much not Dancing with the Stars), then Kylie will lead us in some great songs that everyone can sing along to.

Come on your own. Come with a mate. Come in activewear. Come in whatever you found on the bedroom floor.

Two left feet? Perfect.

Can’t hold a tune? Even better.

Don’t know anyone? You soon will.

There’s no pressure, no judgement and no need to take yourself too seriously.

Just turn up, have a laugh, meet some new people and start your day feeling ridiculously good.

Dance. Sing. Connect. Wake up happy.
