ABOUT THE EVENT
Zumba Gold is designed for older adults and people who are not used to exercising or may be limited physically. This class is delivered at a lower intensity with a variety of music and dance styles.
Some important things to note:
Registration in advance is essential.
As the class is hosted in a PCYC building, PCYC membership is required - $40 for an annual membership and will allow you access to other PCYC programs - PCYC Marrickville - Home Page (pcycnsw.org.au). First entry is free.
Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
Bring a water bottle.
Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
