Enjoy 1.5 unhurried hours in our Tea Lounge, in a small group of no more than six.

A tea doesn't taste the same twice. It opens, peaks, and softens across a session, shifting in aroma, texture, warmth, and the finish it leaves behind. Most of us drink tea without ever noticing this. Here, you'll slow down enough to catch it.

What you'll experience:

Taste with a method. You'll learn how professionals approach a cup — dry leaf aroma first, then the colour, flavour, mouthfeel, and the aftertaste that lingers. Once you have the sequence, you can use it on any tea, anywhere.

Learn the story in your cup. You'll find out where each tea grew, how it was made, and why that gives it the character it has. Knowing a little about the craft changes how it tastes.
