Join the energy of rhythm and connection in an uplifting 1 hour inclusive drumming session celebrating National Carers week and shining the light on the importance of Mental Health Month.
October is Mental Health Month and National Carers Week runs from 11th to 17th October both reminding ourselves that a little connection goes a long way and we all thrive when we feel connected and in tune with others.
Why not join our Sharing Light clay workshop straight after with others to make an individual clay vessel that will light up Archer Park Bondi Beach from Dec 4.
