ABOUT THE EVENT
Our names are Georgia & Emily. Golden Elixir is a reflection of our heart and shared vision of weaving yogic practices and women gathering to create meaningful experiences of deep connection.
Golden Elixir is a Daoist term for one’s fundamental nature, the thread within each of us that is the unique essence of who we are. The day retreat (as with every other GE immersion) is an invitation to move, breathe, connect and rest alongside like-minded women. An ever-growing eco system of open-hearted women who share the same desire for authentic connection, experiential learning and FUN.
The Golden Elixir experience leaves you with visceral feeling of openness, radiance and wholeness that lingers long after you walk out the door.
