ABOUT THE EVENT
Health for life is a University of Sydney, Charles Perkins Centre and Sydney Local Health District partnership program. It combines nutrition education with practical cooking demonstrations to support healthier eating habits and healthy ageing.
Come along to this free introductory session to learn more and find out how you can get involved.
