ABOUT THE EVENT
A charity gig for Youngcare, Battle of the Tech Bands raises money for Youngcare, which helps young people with high physical support needs live independently. Every dollar goes to the cause.
Staff bands from five tech companies swap laptops for guitars and play a set of covers each, competing for the trophy in front of a live crowd and a judging panel: Bandlassian (Atlassian), Canvanauts (Canva), Amakazaam! (Amazon), V2 Voyagers (V2 AI), and Brisbane 2026 champions ShipReX (Rex Software and URBAN X) as special guests. Expect big singalongs, friendly rivalry and a full room of Sydney's tech community.
